Rainbow kheer
Ingredients
Colored Vermicilli : 1 cup
Milk : 4 cup
Condensed milk : ¼ - ½ cup
Ghee : 1 tsp
Sugar : as needed
Cardamom : 2 ( powdered )
Cashew : a little
Raisins : a little
Water : as needed
Method
Roast cashew and raisins in ghee on a stove.
Set microwave to high power.
In a bowl, mix vermicilli and ghee keep it in the oven or 1 -2 minutes.
Add water as needed and close the bowl with a lid and keep it in the oven for 2-4 minutes or till the vermicilli is cooked.
Set microwave to medium power.
Add sugar, milk and keep it in the oven for 8 - 10 minutes.
Stir the contents every two minutes.
When it reaches the kheer consistency, remove from the oven.
Add cardamom, condensed milk, cashew, raisin and serve.
