INGREDIENTS
* 1 packet pasta 300gm boiled
* capsicum 1 large or take different coloured pieces
* carrots 2
* spring onion 3-4 large
* if using a small size pasta 1/2 cup boiled green peas can be added
* cabbage 1 cup chopped
* chicken 1 cup cut in cubes roughly
* egg 1
* salt to taste
* cornflour 2tbsp heaped
* black pepper powder
* soya sauce 1 tbsp + 1tbsp +2tbsp
* white vinegar 2tbsp
* sugar 1/2 tsp

COOKING DIRECTIONS
merinate chicken in egg and cornflour mixture season with 1/4 tsp
salt, black pepper and 1tbsp soya sauce keep for 15 mins cut all
vegetables in the size that suits your pasta (larger pieces for large
and smaller for small) fry chicken cubes seperately till golden and
keep in a seive to drain oil completly heat 2tbsp oil in a wok and putt
in the vegetables fry on very high heat till the water dries add soya
sauce1 tbsp, salt(i use 1 tsp) pepper , sugar and vinegar fry till the
vegetables are well coated add chicken and pasta add some chicken stock
or water 2 tbsp soya sauce and keep covered on low heat for 10 mins or
till the smoke comes out of lid equally stir in bitween so it wont
stick to the bottom
