INGREDIENTS
Finely minced beef …1/2 kilo f
Onion chopped ………1 medium sized
Salt according……….. to taste
Ginger paste …………1 tsp
Crushed zeera ……….1 tsp
Crushed whole dried red chilies…1 tbs
Crushed dhunia seed .1 tsp
Small pieces of an omlette
made with 2 eggs with a little
salt and black pepper
Anardana ………………1 tsp
Green chilies chopped .2-3
Fresh dhunia leaves ….1/2 cup
Tomato ………………� �.1 large
Lemon juice or vinegar .1 tsp
Makai ka atta……………2 00 gms
(Corn meal) (do not use cornflour)
1 small onion Sliced and fried till brown

PREPARATION
Add all the ingredients to the mince meat and leave to marinate in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
Then make into flat patties and fry in a little oil.
Makes about 6 kebabs.
